The model series of BELLUNO gastro display cases with usable volume static cooling is represented by models which have different lengths and depths. The constructions of these display cases embody advanced technologies of refrigerating equipment: body filled with polyurethane foam under pressure; tempered tilt-out front glass; body parts of galvanized steel with polymeric coating; working surfaces of stainless steel; side pieces made of impact-proof plastic filled with polyurethane foam under high pressure; decorative aluminum sections. The display cases are equipped with an electronic controller with the function of evaporator defrosting using tubular electric heating elements. The possibility of connecting display cases to each other in line of any length and shape.

The use of a dynamic refrigeration system for the internal volume has made it possible to create a new model series in the BELLUNO series display cases. The dynamic refrigeration system has increased the display depth by 20 per cent with no increase in display case dimensions. A double cooling loop with an air duct system in the display trays creates a uniform temperature field within the display case while preventing food from becoming winded. A permanent ventilation of the evaporator prevents a frost deposit from being built-up this making it possible to omit defrosting using tubular electric heating elements and thereby to reduce electricity consumption by the display case. The possibility of connecting display cases to each other in line of any length and configuration. We manufacture models with a built-in refrigerating unit and those for centralized cold supply.
